DVD Shrink Software - How to Use?


DVD Shrinks allow users to back up DVDs on their computer hard drive. Before you learn how to use DVD shrink, you must have the following things:

• DVD Burning Software (Nero is recommended)
• DVD Shrink Software
• DVD Movie backup
• Blank DVD.

Steps to use DVD shrink software:

• DVD shrinks software and choose "Open Disc" option. You will see a box.
• Now select the DVD drive with the disk. The name of the DVD will appear in parentheses.
• Press OK. The software reads the DVD movie list show degradation in the right column.
• Because all of the original DVD content cannot be copied onto your blank DVD. Therefore, you must re-author option in the top menu.

• You will see the "Main Menu" option in the right column. Under this option * There is a file you need to drag to the left column. The file size is usually more than 4500MB. You need to compress the file using the DVD shrink software.

• Once the file is compressed, you can copy the new DVD. The movie is copied into the new DVD without the undesirable traits that goes with it. Such as foreign language subtitles etc.

• Now select the backup option in the menu above.

• If Nero is installed on your system, DVD shrink to burn the movie onto a blank DVD. That's the best thing about this software. You are prompted to replace the original DVD to a blank DVD.

• If not installed Nero, DVD Shrink is an image file for the DVD, so you can burn later. Now you just need a target for backup selection. If the Nero installed, it can burn the target for the choice. If Nero is not installed, you can choose any file location. Press OK to start the process.
• Ensure an option in the "Quality Settings" tab called "Run Deep Analysis" Click this option if you want better quality DVDs.

If the film on the original DVD is less than 4.7 GB, there is no need to shrink the DVD software. However, it is necessary to learn how to shrink DVD software. Once you have learned how to use DVD shrink software, can easily back up the DVDs that are larger than 4.7 GB limit.
